What is operational excellence?

What is employee engagement?

 

Employee engagement refers to the emotional commitment and dedication an employee has towards their organization and its goals. Engaged employees are enthusiastic about their work, feel a sense of purpose, and are willing to go the extra mile to contribute to the success of the company. They are more likely to be motivated, productive, and loyal, leading to higher levels of job satisfaction, performance, and overall organizational success. Employee engagement is essential for fostering a positive work culture, enhancing productivity, and reducing turnover rates within a company.


Assessment


What does the assessment process look like?


It is a thorough assessment/audit of all components of the organization through in person interview, leadership questionnaire, employee survey, review of documents, and research to deliver a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations


How long does the assessment take?


Three weeks and a report delivered in the 4th week.

Who is involved in conducting the assessment?


Your Goal Concierge Inc team will work on the assessment with Erica Kesse, spearheading the process and is the point person. 


What tools/programs will you use to conduct the assessment?

Implementation


What does the implementation process look like? 

The assessment will provide information about training and support that is already present, the report will map out other recommendations.


How long is the implementation process? 


The implementation process can take up to 3 to 6 months based on the organization's bandwidth for incorporation and practice of recommendations. 


What training or support will be provided during implementation?


The assessment will provide information about training and support that is already present, the report will map out other recommendations. Leadership training, communication skills, time/energy management, organizational thrive planning are some of the training that are possible plus whatever is needed to create a culture of excellence. 


What resources are needed for successful implementation? 


The cooperation of leadership and employees as we set up new procedures to enhance operational efficiency, employee retention, and employee engagement. 


How will progress be monitored and evaluated during implementation? 


The report created from the assessment will display the recommendations. A roadmap with each recommendation broken down into objectives/tasks for improvement will be offered. RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) will be used to note the role and responsibilities of stakeholders. A report of progress will be offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to Leadership to develop a culture of full transparency. 


Sustainability


What does the sustainability process look like?


After the assessment and implementation phases, an organization may find it beneficial to practice the new processes with guaranteed oversight. 


How can you be sure your sustainability process will work with my company?


Whose responsibility will it be to ensure plans are in place to address unforeseen issues or changes that may occur after the sustainability process with you? Here is an opportunity for the organization to move forward with hiring the consultant as a Fractional COO in the organization. With this change of status, the consultant can operate to ensure plans stay intact and will be available for issues or changes that will need to be implemented. 


What is the timeline for implementing sustainability practices? 


After 6 months of implementation of recommendations, the organization would have proven that they can sustain the changes or if they would like further changes to be implemented after reviewing the progress and data over one year. In short, the entire interaction with Your Goal Concierge, Inc. with the choice of Sustainability which includes the Assessment and Implementation phases, will be one year committed at least from the organization.
