After twisting my knee and canceling my event that I worked on all of 2024, I realized that if I had a pride/ team who where just as emotionally invested as me then we all could win without burning out and our legacies will still be realized.
I wish to invite you to serve from your overflow. I wish to inspire you to join a group of powerhouse women in a movement.
I am Erica Kesse, a love force with mysterious wisdom celebrating life. I am a multifaceted leader, who is a Fractional COO, Therapist, Business Execution Coach, and the list goes on, just like you. Let's build our legacies together.

The mission is to grow each women's brand awareness and audience with quick action steps to implement weekly, marketing assets to post, writing a book chapter, contributing to putting on and speaking at a conference on May 9th or 10th with 70% paying for part or all (based on our success) of a 3 day retreat at the end of June or you can opt to do a personal solo retreat.
