Erica holds a Bachelors in Professional Business Administration, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Civic Leadership.


Erica offers an exclusive, nurturing, and knowledgeable experience. Her strengths include development, mental health administration, effective communication skills, conducting training sessions, consultation/ coaching, counseling, and organization. She enjoys working in teams as a competent professional, experienced team player with expertise in client relations, producing outcomes, and increasing efficiency.


She has 20+ years in Administration, 11 years as an entrepreneur, 7 years as a Counseling Clinician, and 8 years as a Chief Operating Officer/Integrator.


Currently, she continues to be a multifaceted leader who models thriving. Professionally, she enhances businesses by operating as a Fractional COO, nurturing new startups, and conducting workshops.

She is a mother of a 12-year-old daughter. In 2020, she took the title as the Nashville Chapter Director of StartUp Grind, a global organization that supports and educates entrepreneurs and startups. She loves to celebrate and has a big bubbly personality. She tried being like the moon, but instead she has come to accept that she is the Sun. She enjoys being curious and manifesting visions.

Founder's Story


While working on my license to be a therapist, many traumatic experiences happened to me. I was almost kidnapped by a client. I was misled by those who were supposed to show me the way. I was bullied, coerced, and neglected by my clinical supervisors. I lost a baby and my entire support system. The breaking point was when I went to sit for my last exam to become licensed and I was turned away. I decided that I was done focusing on being a therapist and would use my counseling skills to coach clients instead.


Coaching saved my life!


It gave me a profitable business doing what I love and being able to provide for my daughter as a single mother. It taught me to give myself what I always wanted which is safety, support, and enhancement. It created the Try On Philosophy, which is to seek the right fit, that governs my life.


Now, I am a coach, licensed therapist, leader, and entrepreneur. I have more than 30 years under my belt as an advocate of the human story and development of individuals. Your Goal Concierge, Inc. is a safe haven for all those who come to be a part of this ecosystem. Our promise is to do no harm.
